Re: generation

Seems like we are the busy generation? We all become very busy lately... OR we have been? or just Vivian and Erico have been.. haha... I enjoy laying back =p

Sometimes, it's quite daunting to think of the list of things I need to do... And I can already feel the headache before carrying out anything. I think I am the kinda person whose energy is explosive. Why/how so? My energy level usually hits the top quickly and goes down even more quickly. Like when a bomb explodes..it releases all its energy at a flash moment. ! BOOOMMMM!~

Like today, I could feel that I almost died at CCF meeting... I was dead tired..I guess I was still exhausted from yesterday's activities, or accumulated from the days before.... My brain couldn't function..it completely shut down. I couldn't think of anything logical or sensible... I did think of something and said it at the beginning of the meeting... haha.. all that i said though was getting people off track..That was unintentional... However, with my state of tiredness, I figured I wasn't in the mode of contributing anything constructive. I chose to remain silent until I absolutely sure about what I wanted to say.

Man... I seriously "Pui Fook" Jessica and Erico... at least they could still think and knew what they were talking about after such a long day... and yesterday.... I was running on the edge of my physical capacity ... honestly, towards second hour of the meeting...All i wanna do was go home and sleep.. Poor poor energy capacity...

Anyway, what i want to say is that during this busyness, it's important to make sure that we have good rest each day. Let's rest well today and move forward tomorrow!
