I have been battling mentally and physically recently...
As I was lying in bed, I felt so helpless. I have never felt this helpless...
I don't know how I can get better, I don't even know what I should do next...
I feel defeated and hopeless.
Then a hymn that I learned from preparing church's children Bible School came to mind.....
"Do not fear, do not run away,
don't you know, the battle is the Lord's.
He is here with you everyday,
don't you know, the battle is the Lord's."
God used the amazing story of Gideon and his small army to tell me that He is undefeatable!
My God is undefeatable! And He doesn't want me to think that I win the battle with my own power and ability, but it's Him who wins the battle for me!! The battle is the Lord's!
The battle I am facing is my Lord's battle!!!
As I climb out of this deep valley that I got myself into somehow, this is a Journey of Hope ...
I am hopeful because my God is undefeatable, unmatchable, uncontainable and unforgettable!!

I don't know what to say and what to do... when you are not felling well... I don't know what I could say to make you feel better... You looked so weak and I guess you must be very upset.. disappointed... and scared ... Probably none of what I do and say can make you feel better.. Me too.. feel helpless...
