cookie or cake?

It's burning hot today!

I made this...





They are supposed to be cakes... but somehow they turned out to be like cookies? well.. just the appearance.. the texture is somewhere between cakes and cookies... Does cake have to be like the cakes we usually see? Does cookie have to be like the cookies we usually see? What do you think? .. So... It's ok. They are bread. hahahaha

They are called cranberry oatcakes. ... I don't have milk at home but I do have soya milk.. so I used soya milk instead. and since the soya milk itself is sweet... I didn't add any sugar and hoped that the sweetness would be enough... Result? the cakes are a little bit tasteless.. BUT! the cranberries kinda help... it gives the kind of sweetness coming from well chewing.. you can really taste the cranberries.. haha

OK not bad.
