There we go with the Lemon Sponge tea cakes..  (from the cupcake recipe)  I skipped the toppings. The cakes themselves are already rich enough.  Got to practice the folding technique.  not bad.

These cakes are extremely sweet. I guess they could be very nice desserts tho. yea.. something to go with teas.. English black tea?... However, not a lunch for tomorrow...    =\

From the previous experience, I have become smarter. I got all the doors... windows wide open during the baking.. no more shocking, crazy smoke detectors beeping in the midnight.
