I went to my first baking class at Vancouver pastry training centre today.. I was fascinated by all the things that Chef Marco knows about and talked bout tonight..... Now I find yeast a very interesting and lovely .. .. organism to study and live with. .. and I know how, in fact, not easy to make Bagels by hands. ... Chef Marco treated us some special bread and cakes he made, as snacks, during the class.. they just tasted so good. ...
The whole evening is about bread... they study of bread (making)... the taste of bread. the making of bread. .the smell of bread... the appreciation of bread.
and ... within 4 hours. ..
Voila..
These are the breads we learned from Chef Marco and made and got to bring home tonight. =P
