So i got my Nexus One the google phone. I was thinking about the iPhone before but suddenly realize I run Linux (not Windows/Mac) therefore I can't even install iTunes, which is a must for iPhone (the dumbest thing ever)
I'm pretty amazed by its functions, it's actually very similar to iPhone and their apps are comparable to iTunes (in my subjective opinion)
it is also very personal (do u know personalization is a very important component nowadays, no matter what?) u can customize pretty much everything.
there's one feature that I love and amazed (coz my old crappy phone has no such thing) is that you can set a number to be always forwarded to voice mail :D isn't that great? what a great thing to do when u wanna ignore someone! hahahahha~
Anyway... It took me almost 1 hour to manually enter my contacts into this new phone. As I was going through my list of "friends" I realize there're a lot of people I will not contact anymore for sure. Also I found people whom I think I should contact them again just to see how their doing and rebuild a connection. There are a few contacts whom I know I will never contact them anymore but I just want to keep their number for memory's sake, so that I will not forget these friends and the good times we had back then. If I delete their number, I will probably forget that person.
However, it is a very good exercise, to go through ur contact list and recall the good old memories....

"set a number to be always forwarded to voice mail"? haha.. who's so lucky? You'd better record a very interesting voice mail intro too.
ReplyDeleteIt gives you the opportunity to recall your old friends.. and good old memories.. that's a bonus of switching to the phone. Cool!
Have you contacted the "people whom I think I should contact them again"?
