FR. BD.

I decided to make French bread today..





I am not sure why it's not brown at all.. actually, maybe I do.. cuz last time I did something more while it's baking.. I brushed the top with oil or water every 5 min. That was instructed by another recipe.. this time I used a different recipe which doesn't say so. I does say I should throw into the ovens 2 ice cubes after 10 minutes... mm... I don't have ice cubes. =\

yea it doesn't look good .. but the texture is good. crusty.crispy on the outside, soft and tender inside.. as for the taste.. it's a bit salted. ? Did mistook sugar for salt?? Chance should be very slim.. maybe the salt condensed in some areas instead of evenly scattered.. =\

=P I am still happy with it. haha..
and.. I almost forgot to say... it smells good. it's the smell that would attract me to a bakery. =p seriously. haha
