Lunch bread

yea.. there's no more bread for lunch..
so I made this tonight..

Beancurd Toast

I ran out of bread flour. so I used some Rye flour and some all-purpose flour..
The kneading was different from what's expected.. it was quite sticky.. from the beginning to the end.. mm.. I was a bit worried how it's gonna turn out.. (cuz of the flour..)
well.
