2010 你够唔够姜?

Can you tell or recognize them? ...

They all have God's burning fire within them! They all very gingery. =p


Now I know... ginger bread house... is no easy job (how come it felt like so easy before??)making the dough is ok.. but to find and gather all the ingredients (the spices) aren't too easy (yea, the first time i made it. it was at food 11 .. all ingredients were provided)...

Then, I need to design the house.. the dimension... the exterior design.. the decoration.. put some furniture inside? a pavement?? so hard! (no wonder construction industry makes so much money out of people..)

Rolling the bread gets a bit tough... I can't imagine it would be such a labor to do the kneading and rolling... (and I had to get a rolling pin before I could do that...got one from Daiso! =p)

Then.. cutting out the pieces.. orz

Now the house is to be constructed..(allow me to take a break..) =p



(The bread is a little bit burnt.. =p)
