Someone suggested me to try hot foot bath sometime ago when I mentioned my insomnia. I haven't tried it until yesterday another friend told me about the hot foot bath again. My Mom actually did that every night when she's here.. I bet she does it every night. She told me about the goodness of hot foot bath and feet massage too. She used to own the feet parlor.. haha.. why have I been not doing anything like that all the time?.. (like.. what's wrong with me?..)
It's not that my insomnia went away at some point so I forgot about this potential helpful treatment but I just forgot by doing things till late, past my sleep hour. The friend told me I should also sleep by 11 pm (best hour for bed) at night in addition to the hot foot bath. I think I was at the point I had to try something to get some sleep so I remembered to do both last night.

Thanks to the advice and myself finally doing it.
I was able to sleep better last night. The better sleep gave me a fresh mind.
Don't forget to rest during the holiday season.
