I have almost become a home based vegetarian which means I don't eat meat at home.. regardless of what I eat outside.
Yea.. and someone advised me that I should still eat some meat alternatives. I have been eating tofu which should be a meat alternative. I was told that's not enough and I would need some nuts.. beans..
I agree with that especially now when I am down with a cold....
so.. this is what I made tonight.. which should last me 3 meals
Pretty nice for someone who doesn't feel like much cooking.
