How do you deal with left over bread (bread that you can't finish in time before it dries up or hardens...)

You can turn it into bread pudding. Just grab a recipe from the internet and give it a try. =P
It took less than an hour. I used goat milk. hhaha.. Maybe it's a bit "lavish" but it's gonna go into my stomach anyways, whether I drink it in or eat it in. hhaa and I didn't taste the 囌味 from it. It tastes pretty good. There's room to improve --> for my own taste, less sugar next time. =]
